Call us fussy, picky, or maybe a little OCD, but we care about the used parts and components that we sell. We won’t sell you a piece of crap without telling you it’s a piece of crap first, and if the part or component does not match the description of what we sold we WILL make it right! Used parts and components have a 30 day (from point of purchase) refund, return, or exchange. Timberparts will be upfront about its condition and will have checked it over as best we can by draining oils, removing covers, and using inspection cameras. Photos or videos can be sent showing the condition.
