Timberparts does not except or provide returns, refunds, or exchanges on any electrical component. Our machines are checked over prior to disassembly to ensure all electronics are working and those that are not are disposed of. We have had many customers buy our electronics for diagnosing purposes, only to return them after their faulty system corrupted our good part. We apologize for this policy but unfortunately too many bad apples have spoiled this bunch.
